You can do so online, without an account:<\/p>\n\n\n<a class=\"mzp-withdraw\" href=\"https:\/\/www.muzard-sarl.com\/en\/mon-compte\/withdraw-order\/\">Withdraw from the contract here<\/a>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"qui\">Who can withdraw?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The right of withdrawal is granted to <strong>consumers<\/strong>, i.e. people who buy for needs that fall outside a professional activity. It does not apply to purchases made for the needs of a professional activity (notably by a master cutler), except in the cases provided for by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"delai\">Deadline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The period is 14 calendar days from the day you receive the order (or, if it is delivered in several parcels, the last parcel). If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exceptions\">Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods <strong>made to your specifications or clearly personalised<\/strong> (for example a piece cut, turned or shaped to measure at your request).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comment\">How to withdraw?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Online, without an account<\/strong>: use the \u201cWithdraw from the contract here\u201d function (link in the footer of every page). Enter your last name, first name, e-mail address and order number, check, then click \u201cConfirm withdrawal\u201d. You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail, with the date and time of your request.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>By e-mail<\/strong> \u00e0 <span class=\"mz-mail\" data-mz-mail=\"bW9jLmxyYXMtZHJhenVtQHRjYXRub2M=\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"mz-mail__btn\">Show the e-mail address<\/button><noscript> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muzard-sarl.com\/en\/#contact\">(or use the contact form)<\/a><\/noscript><\/span>, using the form below or any unambiguous statement.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>By post<\/strong> to Muzard SARL, 19 Route de Sainte-Marguerite, 63300 Thiers, France.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"retour\">Returning the products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have communicated your decision, return the products to the address above no later than 14 days later. Return costs are at your expense. Please return the products complete, preferably in their original packaging, with proof of dispatch (tracking).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning: a product that has been cut, turned, shaped, glued, dyed or used is no longer in the condition in which it was delivered to you, and a deduction corresponding to this loss in value may be made from the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"remboursement\">Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">We refund all sums paid, <strong>including standard delivery costs<\/strong>, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may defer this refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method, and at no cost to you.
